One day my partner said, "You have got to get these books out of here. There isn't room to move." So, Sleuths Mystery Bookseller was born. I just had to have somewhere to move the books. No way were they being tossed out. Ha. All of you book lovers understand my predicament.

I have read mysteries all my life. Some how I am able to live vicariously through the detectives or sleuths. They feed my imagination. I have wanted a mystery book store for many years. It wasn't until a couple of life changing events occured that I really made the leap. And here I am, a mystery bookstore owner.

Sleuths Mystery Bookseller is the only mystery bookstore in Arkansas at this time. We take pride in having a unique selection of mysteries. We have some from the 1930's all the way to current.

I adopted a wonderful guard dog from C.A.R.E. here in Little Rock. He is a terrier mix with evidently a little chihuahua thrown into the mix. His name is Sam Spade. Some days he is actually at the store. Other days he guards the house. You can see Sam below.
